John Kurtz, designer and producer of New Moon™, is a nationally recognized expert in the complex field of Oriental rugs. A trained artist, John sketches and paints each original rug design before it is hand-woven in Nepal from the best materials in the world; hand-spun 100% Tibetan wool and luxurious Chinese Silk.
